Work on real projects, with real accountability

We are building a team of experienced construction professionals who want to do meaningful project work without the politics and bureaucracy of a large organisation. If that sounds like you, we want to hear from you.

The Kind Of People Who Thrive Here

Builer-Side Experience

You have worked inside construction businesses — managing design, coordinating consultants, driving programmes, navigating approvals. You understand the pressure builders face because you have lived it.

Self-Directed & Reliable

You do not need to be micromanaged. You can assess a situation, make a plan, and execute without waiting for someone to tell you what to do next. You own your work.

Commercially Aware

You understand that every decision on a project has a cost, time, and risk implication. You think in terms of outcomes and commercial impact, not just technical compliance.

Strong Communicator

You can sit in a meeting with a director and a site manager in the same day and communicate effectively with both. You are clear, direct, and you do not hide behind jargon.

NSW Construction Knowledge

You understand the NSW regulatory environment — DA, CC, NCC, LEP, DCP, ADG — and you know how to navigate it practically, not just theoretically.

Comfortable With Ambiguity

You can step into a project mid-stream, work with incomplete information, and still make things move forward. Waiting for perfect conditions is not in your vocabulary.

Roles We Are Likely To Hire As We Grow

As our client base grows, we will be looking for experienced professionals across these areas. If one of these sounds like you, register your interest below and we will be in touch.

Design & Pre-Construction

Design Manager

Lead coordination across DA, CC and construction phases. Manage consultants, review documentation for compliance and buildability, drive design programmes and milestone accountability.

Programme & Delivery

Project Coordinator

Support programme management, stakeholder reporting, meeting coordination and document control across active projects. A stepping stone for someone building toward a design management role.

Approvals & Compliance

Approvals Coordinator

Manage approval pathways and statutory coordination across DA, CC and OC. Track conditions, coordinate consultant inputs, and drive compliance documentation to completion.

Procurement & Pre-Construction

Pre-Construction Lead

Structure procurement, tender documentation, trade packaging and programme planning. Bring commercial discipline to the transition from design into construction.

What Working Here Looks Like

  • Real Project Work

You work directly on live builder projects — not internal reports, not strategy decks, not corporate processes. The work is tangible and the impact is immediate.

  • Remote-First Flexibility

We operate remote-first with site presence as projects require. You manage your own schedule around deliverables and project needs, not office hours.

  • Variety Across Projects

You will work across multiple builders, project types and phases — residential, mixed-use, commercial. No two months look the same.

  • Competitive Compensation

We pay competitively for experienced professionals. Compensation is structured around the value you deliver, not a rigid salary band.

  • No Corporate Overhead

No office politics, no unnecessary meetings, no layers of management. We are a lean practice that values capability and output over titles and process.

We Want To Know Who You Are

We are growing and we will need good people. If you are an experienced construction professional in NSW who is interested in flexible, project-based work with a practice that values capability over corporate process, send us an email with your CV and a few lines about the type of work you are looking for.

No cover letter required. No recruitment agency. Just tell us who you are and what you are good at.
